95% of Diets Fail

It's not you, it's the diet.

It's easy to fail, when rules are restrictive. If you're looking to an answer of how you can truly stick to a plan and see results, keep reading.

Dieting increases your risk of weight cycling. Reason being, it's not sustainable. For example; You choose to cut carbs completely. The first week was rough, right?! The 2nd week, it gets easier. Then, a holiday or a get together rolls around. You eat all the bread and drink all the carbs. 2 things can happen from this carb binge- you either wake up and notice that you are in fact feel a lot leaner and tell yourself, "Carbs actually make me feel great!" Or, you feel awful and instead, keep that carb train coming and now the whole plan is out of the window.

Now we're back to square one- see?! (And the reason you felt leaner after that carb load was because your body needed it, or it was dehydrated- this a whole different convo)

Let's ditch the "diet". The real way to lose unwanted pounds, gain strength, energy and feel great, is choosing an eating habit that is sustainable for you and your lifestyle. If you can't see yourself eating a certain way in 5 years- why even do it?

No tricks, No gimmicks. 80% of people in the US are not eating enough protein. Start there.

Increasing your protein intake keeps you full, longer. Protein is also thermogenic meaning: your body uses more energy to metabolize! Energy= Calories. More energy being used, more calories lost.

The next time you want to snack on something, eat protein. As a trainer, I would often advise my clients to bring sandwich bags of grilled chicken with them to work, for snacking throughout the day. This stopped them from that extra $2 at the vending machine and the weight loss, along with the proper exercises, always met and/or exceeded their weekly goal.

This is the reasoning behind why you will find so much protein in our meals. We are protein based making it our #1 priority when creating the foods you crave.

Protein never goes out of style. If you need help with macros, please email us at ezeatsmeals@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to discuss your goals and create a free macro plan for you, that you can stick with for LIFE.
