Protein waffles hit the spot for those who love sugary, sweet breakfast, with little time.

Instead of eating a huge bowl of sugar for breakfast, try these protein waffles and thank me later!

Kids need protein too, yโ€™all. Less sugar, more protein, no matter what the age is. But Iโ€™m not here to tell you what to feed your kids, Iโ€™m here to help you save time and money!

These waffles can be made ahead of time and stuck in the fridge for the rest of the week! These are your new โ€œOMG we all made it out of the door on timeโ€ saviors.

These waffles are topped with sugar free chocolate syrup, peanut butter and sprinkles. Use your creative side and mix up the toppings! Whip Cream, sugar free syrup, blueberries, Cinnamon.... the possibilities are endless!

Recipe Is as follows:

1 Scoop (28g) Whey Protein Powder

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Egg

1TB Greek Yogurt

For these particular waffles, I used a mini waffle maker. I found it at Target for only $10( and they come in several colors).

Make sure to spray your waffle maker with non stick cooking spray.

Pour approximately 2 TB your batter directly in the middle. The batter will spread to the edge when it cooks

Let the waffle cook for 90 seconds

Top with your choice of sweetness and enjoy!
